Roadtrippers 1.0 Kuala Lumpur to Phuket Day 10

Day Ten is the final day of our Roadtrippers 1.0 from Kuala Lumpur to Phuket. It has been a good fun 9 days so far and today is pretty much free and easy.

Breakfast at Centara Hotel and Resort Hatyai is very Malaysian x Thai x Western. Lots of Malaysian food items are found on the breakfast menu, and its a good welcoming home for us after a good 10 days of Thai x Western food.

We also had a chance to chat with the Executive Chef of the hotel which assures us that the Saneha Cafe at Centara Hotel and Resort in Hatyai is Halal so our Muslim friends can enjoy their meal here with a peace of mind.

One of the specialties of Centara Hotel and Resort Hatyai is their Roti .. or in Malaysia our roti canai and it is served during breakfast too, and you’ve gotta try it, super delicious – fluffy and crunchy on the outside.

After our nice slow relaxing breakfast, it was time to check out the the Cense by Spa Cenvaree which is one of the top spa in Hatyai. Honeypretty Kathereen tried out their Thai Massage and she said it was good ~ very refreshing especially after a long tiring trip.

Cense by Spa Cenvaree has 5 private treatment rooms with an outdoor relaxation area.

After the spa session, we checked out of the hotel and said goodbye to one of our roadtripper as she will be staying back in Hatyai to complete her university presentation, however we picked up another friend and went for a simple lunch before heading back.

After the economy-rice like lunch we had at a small street-side cafe, its time to head back home to Kuala Lumpur. We were glad border crossing was un-crowded, especially on a Monday afternoon and the ride back was smooth and incident free.
