Sepang – The Malaysia Touring Cars Championship (MTCC) returned to the Sepang International Circuit for Round 3, delivering two days of intense racing across all categories. From nail-biting finishes to dominant performances, drivers and teams pushed their machines to the limit under sweltering conditions.
Race 1 – Wong, Baron, and Ho Shine in Category Wins
Touring Production 1 (TP1)
Wong Yew Chong once again proved his class in Car No. 21 for Modern Racing Team, taking a commanding win in the TP1 category. Jonathan Xie (Car No. 17, OPM Lite X Skuber Race Team) finished second, while Daniel Chanee Walker (Car No. 77, Blackwolf by BAE) claimed third.

Touring Production 2 (TP2)
Baron Sim Kwong Teck (Car No. 46) topped TP2 with a measured drive, followed by Ken Urata (Car No. 55, Rworks Riyoz Racing) in second and Chiow Teck Song (Car No. 11, R-Engineering) in third.
M-Touring 2 (G)
Soon Chew Poh and Lew Kar Wai (Car No. 90, BAE Racing) emerged victorious, beating Hendra Ade Putra / Ady Rahimy Rashid (Car No. 24, Niza Racing) and Ng Choon Chin / Adam Mikail (Car No. 919, Sokudo Shezo Racing Team).
M-Touring 2 (V)
Mohd Najib / Ahmad Firdaus (Car No. 69, 22 Proshop) secured the top spot, with Tan Zi Yang / Kingston Tan Hong Ray (Car No. 888, No Coffee No Cure) and Lee Chee Wah / Lester Lian Jia Wei (Car No. 72) rounding out the podium.
Malaysia Touring Car
Reigning champions Brandon Ho Chun Chuan / Nikhil Bohra (Car No. 3, Super Power Lubricants by Papaya) continued their winning ways, edging out Hayden Haikal / Rahul Raj Mayer (Car No. 1, Hi-REV Dream Chaser) in second, while Daim Hishammudin / Aaron Hakim (Car No. 100, Hi-REV Dream Chaser) completed the podium.
Race 2 – Haikal & Mayer Bounce Back, Faidzal Impresses in TP1
Touring Production 1 (TP1)
In a surprise shake-up, Faidzal Alang (Car No. 8, Super Power Lubricants by Papaya) took victory ahead of Race 1 winner Wong Yew Chong in second and Jonathan Xie in third.
Touring Production 2 (TP2)
Baron Sim Kwong Teck made it two wins in two races, beating Chiow Teck Song into second place. Leona Chin Lyweoi (Car No. 7, Pitwork Kuraz) claimed a popular third.
M-Touring 2 (G)
Jonathan Xie and Mark Darwin (Car No. 8, OPM Lite Racing) triumphed in Race 2, followed by Ng Choon Chin / Adam Mikail in second and Pee Sau Fan / Baron Sim in third.
M-Touring 2 (V)
Terence Lee / Mohamed Hafez Kamarudin (Car No. 333, R-Engineering) took the win, with Stewart Hine / Charlie Hine (Car No. 123, Axle Sports) and Takeuchi Yuki / Sumi Naoya (Car No. 389, Rworks Riyoz Racing) filling the podium.
Malaysia Touring Car
After narrowly missing out in Race 1, Hayden Haikal / Rahul Raj Mayer struck back in Car No. 1, claiming victory for Hi-REV Dream Chaser. Ho / Bohra settled for second, while teammates Daim Hishammudin / Aaron Hakim secured another third-place finish.
