The Opium Restaurant and Bar in Changkat Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur is currently promoting their all-you can eat dimsum and noodle lunch at only RM 29++ per person.
There are roughly 20 dim sum items, steamed and deep fried and 5 different noodles for you to choose order from.

With the current post-Covid-19 SOP in place, after they scan your temperature, and you have checked in with the MySejahtera app, you will be seated and given the menu for you to select what you want to order. It takes about 15 minutes have your orders delivered to your table while you are served with either hot or cold lemon tea.
The Opium Restaurant and Bar is elegantly decorated in Chinese decor, from the old Chinese wine vases to cozy booths. Wall photos are similar to those old Chinese film you watch in the movies.

Service is pretty good here and the staff are friendly and attentive.
We pretty much ordered every available items on the menu, although the waiter did inform us that the prawn dumplings and salted egg yoke pau is not available for the day.

What I like best here on the dim sum would probably be the Lemongrass Stick, Vietnamese Yam Ball, Traditional Siew Mai and the Lo Mai Kai. The others are just average I would say.

As for the noodles, my definitely favorite is the curry spaghetti followed by the Loh Shi Fun. I felt the crispy duck noodles is slightly too salty and the spicy prawn noodles can be improved. The Opium Wanton mee is just alright.

All the food here are pork-free and we do see a good Malay crowd here when we were dining. This promotion is available only on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
Overall, I would say if you want to spend only RM 29++ on dim sum and noodles, this is quite a good deal, although do not expect a premium dim sum to be served.
