Sepang, Malaysia – Malaysian motorcycling history was made today as 850 Royal Enfield motorcycles gathered at the Sepang International Circuit, officially earning recognition from the Malaysia Book of Records for the largest Royal Enfield gathering in the country.
Riders from every state across Peninsular Malaysia converged at the iconic circuit in a powerful display of unity, passion and camaraderie. The spectacle of hundreds of Royal Enfield motorcycles filling Sepang marked a defining moment for Malaysia’s riding community.

Organised by Didi Group, the record-setting gathering featured motorcycles from the brand’s entire line-up — from timeless icons such as the Bullet and Classic 350, to modern favourites including the Interceptor 650, Continental GT, Himalayan, and Super Meteor 650. Many participants travelled long distances to be part of the historic milestone.

The record was achieved through a Parade Ride and mass gathering, allowing riders to celebrate not only the achievement itself, but also the shared spirit and brotherhood that define the Royal Enfield community in Malaysia.
“This activation truly elevated the brand and community to the next level, uniting owners from all races and cultures under one platform and one shared goal — entry into the Malaysia Book of Records with 850 proud owners,” said Rewi Hamid Bugo, Chairman of Didi Group.
“The energy on the ground was undeniable, and we hope this delivers a unique and authentic ownership experience. It’s a powerful start to 2026, and our heartfelt thanks go to Eicher Motors for their continued support.”
Commenting on the achievement, Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Chief Commercial Officer of Royal Enfield, said:
“We are absolutely delighted to create history by entering the Malaysia Book of Records. That this record celebrates the largest gathering of Royal Enfield riders makes it even more special, as it reflects the shared passion and strength of our community.”

He added that Royal Enfield remains committed to expanding its network and capabilities across the APAC region, while continuing to nurture a strong and vibrant riding culture.
Founded in 1995, the Malaysia Book of Records is the nation’s official authority recognising extraordinary feats and achievements by Malaysians and brands in Malaysia.
